Connecting Hubspot CRM with Rafiki to sync Accounts, Deals, Contacts

This article walks you through the installation steps for Rafiki with Hubspot CRM

Integration Rafiki with Hubspot CRM must be done by the Hubspot Admin User. Once the integration is complete all Rafiki users within this organization will automatically be integrated with Hubspot.

  1. From the Settings page, go to Integrations > CRM, and select Hubspot.

  2. Click Add Integration.

  3. Follow the instructions: sign in to your Hubspot account, and authorize access to Rafiki.

  4. When you connect to Hubspot CRM, we install a Rafiki for Hubspot CRM app instance in your Hubspot account, and ask for the following permissions:

This app is requesting access to your HubSpot account. Continue connecting if you agree.

  • Contacts This includes prospects and lists.

  • Content This includes sites, landing pages, CTA, email, blog, and campaigns.

  • Workflows This includes workflows

  • Create timeline events Grants access to manage custom activities on HubSpot CRM records. This includes creating or updating records.

  • Basic OAuth functionality The basic scope required for OAuth.

  • Forms This includes access to the Forms API.

  • HubDB This includes access to HubDB.

  • Access to integrations sync features This exposes the sync API, which allows syncing of most CRM objects.

  • Read marketing events View details about marketing events.

  • View custom object records View details about custom objects in the CRM.

hubspot permissions

IMPORTANT:

  • Rafiki only syncs CRM Objects that are owned by Rafiki Users.

  • Unassigned objects or objects that do not have an owner setup with NOT be synced.

  • Also if the object Owner is not a Rafiki, the object will not be synced either
