Introduction to the Main Page

The meetings screen allows you to view your meeting recording, transcripts, and the topics discussed in the meeting, and search across all your conversations. You can review what happened during each of your meetings from this screen. You can also view various call statistics, topics, and trackers mentioned in the call, and view the transcript portions sorted by topics.

Once your meeting is done, depending on your settings Rafiki sends you an email letting you know that your meeting record with the transcript and the meeting analysis is ready. From the meetings screen, you can click on any meeting on the left pane to view the transcript, video recording, and conversion metrics.

The meeting video shows either the person talking, the name of the person speaking (if the video is off), or whatever was being shared by the speaker on the screen.

Under the video, you can see basic conversation metrics, speaker topic tracks with speaker names and the exact portion of the video you’re in while the video is playing.

Additionally, you can see the details of the meeting details such as the meeting date, duration, and whom the meeting has been shared with.

  • The talk track under the video playback shows you who spoke in the meeting and where exactly in the meeting they spoke.

  • The conversation metrics under the video give you a quick snapshot of how the meeting went.

  • The talk tracks under the video lets you know who participated in the meeting.

  • The topic tracks show the speaking duration of each speaker and the percentage of the meeting discussion that they occupied.

  • Rafiki picks up the speaker names from both the contacts from your integrated CRM and the Rafiki onboarded users. In case the contact details are unavailable, Rafiki calls them Speaker 1, Speaker 2, and so on. These are editable using the Edit Meeting (Pencil Icon) in the Meeting top panel bar.

  • Rafiki detects the speaker's voice from the voice pattern recorded in Rafiki and the native Zoom integrations.

  • The topic view toggle enables you to see the transcripts sorted by topics discussed.

  • The meeting transcript also enables collaboration. You can directly play the exact video from the transcript portion, add the transcript portion to your notes, create a snippet of the transcript portion’s video, and even add comments to the transcript portion.

  • You can add snippets to playlists and share them with your team to coach them better.

  • The analysis tab of the meeting gives you numerous metrics such as talk-listen ratio, question rate, interactivity, and more. You can compare these metrics across different deals stages, teams, and time-frames to have a clear understanding of what’s exactly going on in your deals.

  • The scorecard portion of the meetings pane allows your managers to rate your calls on various questions that can be configured in Rafiki’s settings.
