You’re probably wondering how to get started and sign in. Let’s go through the steps to use Google Workspace Integration (formerly known as G Suite) in Rafiki, what you can expect in terms of the onboarding flow to Rafiki can start recording your meetings with accurate insights from your meeting data today?

You can then securely log in to Rafiki automatically with your Google account using Google single sign-on (SSO).

1. Create a Google SSO account from the Rafiki app page

2. Login to your Google Workspace Account

3. Authorize Rafiki AI

4. Once the account creation completes you be will back at the login prompt. The Google Workspace integration sync your Google Calendar and the scheduled calendar meetings will be visible in the Meetings > Upcoming Tab on login to the Rafiki app.

Your Rafiki account has been set up with secure Google Single Sign On and has been integrated with your Calendar.

Now it's time to set up your Voice Pattern in Rafiki. Setting up the voice pattern is a necessary step for Rafiki's AI system to tag the reps in the meetings.
