The language model text helps Rafiki store and understand the glossary of your organization. You can edit the language model to include your team's most commonly used sentences and phrases. The more exhaustive the language model is, the better analysis you get from Rafiki. We recommend you have a language model text that is at least 50 words.
Steps to customize your language model in Rafiki
Step 1: Click on the 'Settings' icon.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Language Model' section.
Step 3: In the text field, enter text about your company, products, features, and modules that would help our AI Engine understand these words.
Step 4: Click on 'Save'.
Your language model is now saved in Rafiki. Rafiki will identify and analyze your team's conversations in correlation to your language model to give you a contextual, in-depth conversation intelligence.
