Rafiki provides a direct integration with your Twilio account using the Account SID, Auth Token, and the Phone number.

The Account SID, Auth Token and Phone number can be obtained from your Twilio Account (sample screenshot shown below):

Rafiki-Twilio Integrations

Twilio must be integrated independently with the Customer Relation Management tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc which provide the calling interface from within the CRM.

Twilio-Zoho Integration Example below as seen in the Zoho Console:

Twilio setup

Calls can be made from the contacts page in the CRM.

  1. From the Settings page, go to Integrations > Dialer, and select Twilio.

  2. Click Add Integration.

  3. Enter the following details from the Twilio account (purchased independently)

    1. Account SID

    2. Auth Token

    3. Incoming Twilio Number
      โ€‹

    Add Twilio integration

  4. Click on Authorize to complete the integration

Calls made using the Twilio dialer will automatically be downloaded and transcribed by Rafiki.

Note: Rafiki does not provide a calling interface right now but will soon provide a dialer.
