Notetaker can be setup to join all calls that are in the Google Calendar automatically irrespective of your web conferencing tool.
If the [email protected] is invited as a participant to the call, then the host will not have to admit it explicitly into the call.
Currently Notetaker is supported with Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams
Rafiki Notetaker is not enabled by default on new accounts.

Zoom Basic
If you are using Zoom Basic ( which does not allow recording), the Notetaker has to be admitted to the call to get transcription and analytics.
Zoom Pro or Enterprise
If you have an integration setup with a licensed Zoom and the Rafiki Notetaker is also allowed to join the call, we will process the recordings that we get Zoom.
Google Meet (Free and Google Business Starter licenses)
If you are using free Google Meet or Business Starter version Google does not provide the ability to record, the Notetaker has to be admitted to the call to get transcription and analytics
Google Meet (Google Business Standard+ license)
Google Meet allows recording Web Conferences only with Business Standard or above license.
If you have an integration licensed Google Meet that allows users to record (Google Business Standard+ license) and the Rafiki Notetaker is also allowed to join the call, we will process the recordings that we get Zoom or Google Meet
Microsoft Teams
If you are using Microsoft Teams (irrespective of the license level), the Notetaker has to be admitted to the call to get transcription and analytics
