From the Settings page, go to Integrations > Dialer, and select RingCentral.
Click Add Integration.
When you connect to RingCentral, we install a Rafiki for RingCentral app instance in your RingCentral account, and ask for the following permissions:
View user account information, e.g. name, business name, and contact info
View user call log records
Download call recording content and media
View user presence status
Manage and subscribe to webhook notifications
4. Click Authorize to complete Outreach integration with Rafiki.
