Rafiki gets the Currency Type from the CRM. If Currency Type is not set it defaults to US Dollars.

Please make sure that the Currency Type is set up in the CRM Deal/Account as per provider documentation:

  1. Salesforce

  2. Hubspot

  3. Zoho

  4. Pipedrive

    This may be an organization level setting or an opportunity level setting in the CRM. Make sure this is setup correctly as per provider documentation.
