CloudTalk Dialer Integration

Integrating Rafiki AI with CloudTalk allows you to automatically capture, transcribe, and analyze your CloudTalk dialer calls. Once connected, call recordings from CloudTalk are processed by Rafiki AI and appear in the Meetings dashboard.

Steps to integrate:

  1. Login to your CloudTalk Admin Console and navigate to Account Settings > API Key. Add a new API Key.

    Copy the generated ID and Key.

  2. In Rafiki AI, go to Settings > Integrations > Dialer, and select CloudTalk.

  3. Click Add Integration.

  4. Enter the copied ID and Key, then click Authorize.

Once the integration is complete, Rafiki AI will automatically download and process CloudTalk call recordings. Ensure that call recording is enabled in your CloudTalk account for all users whose calls you want Rafiki AI to process.

Note: You must be a CloudTalk admin to generate API keys. Only one CloudTalk account per company is supported.
