Ask Rafiki AI - AI-Powered Conversational Search
Ask Rafiki AI (formerly Generative AI Search) is a real-time, interactive AI agent that answers questions from your sales meetings and CRM data. It allows you to leverage generative AI to quickly summarize and surface critical insights about any deal, meeting, account, or rep.
Accessing Ask Rafiki AI
Navigate to Ask Rafiki AI in the left sidebar. From here, you can begin asking questions and receive detailed, streaming AI responses.
Ask Rafiki AI draws from all perspectives in your content library including meetings, dialer calls, CRM data, and more to formulate comprehensive answers.
Getting Started
When you open Ask Rafiki AI, you will see suggestion cards organized into categories:
Meeting Insights - questions about call content, topics, and takeaways
Deal Intelligence - questions about deal health, pipeline, and risk
Rep Performance - questions about individual and team performance metrics
Click any suggestion card to instantly run that query, or type your own question in the search bar.
Streaming AI Responses
Ask Rafiki AI generates answers in real time using a streaming format. As the AI processes your question, you will see the response build progressively on screen. Responses include formatted text, bullet points, and relevant data pulled from your meetings and CRM.
Multi-Turn Conversations
Ask Rafiki AI supports multi-turn conversations within a session. After receiving an answer, ask follow-up questions to drill deeper into a topic. The AI retains context from your previous questions, allowing you to explore topics naturally.
Session History
Your previously asked questions and sessions are stored automatically. Access your chat history by clicking the history icon in the Ask Rafiki AI sidebar. You can revisit any past conversation and continue where you left off.
Daily Question Limit
Ask Rafiki AI has a daily question limit based on your license tier. A counter displays your remaining questions for the day. The limit resets each day.
