What are AI Reports?

Rafiki AI Reports is an AI-powered analytics tool that transforms your business data into actionable insights through an interactive table format. It analyzes meetings, deals, accounts, and rep performance across your organization using pre-built and customizable templates.

How to Access AI Reports

  1. Click AI Reports in the left sidebar navigation.

  2. Select a report template or create a custom report.

  3. Configure your date range and parameters.

  4. Click Generate to start the AI analysis.

Report Templates

AI Reports includes pre-built templates for common business scenarios:

  • Deal Win/Loss Analysis - understand why deals are won or lost, identify patterns and contributing factors

  • Account Health Monitoring - track engagement levels, sentiment trends, and risk signals across accounts

  • Rep Performance Tracking - compare rep metrics, identify coaching opportunities, and track improvement over time

Each template comes with pre-configured questions that you can customize to match your specific needs.

Customizable Analysis

Each report template allows you to:

  • Define custom questions for AI analysis

  • Set specific date ranges for the data being analyzed

  • Track multiple metrics simultaneously in a grid format

Streaming Generation

AI Reports generates results in real time using a streaming format. As the AI processes each row and column of the report, you will see cells populate progressively in the interactive grid. This allows you to start reviewing results before the full report completes.

Data Sources

AI Reports draws from multiple data sources to compile insights:

  • Deals and pipeline data from your connected CRM

  • Meeting transcripts and conversation analytics

  • Rep activity and performance metrics

  • Account engagement and interaction history

Working with Report Results

Once generated, report results appear in an interactive ag-Grid table. You can:

  • Sort and filter columns to focus on specific data points

  • Expand cells to view detailed AI analysis

  • Export results for further analysis or sharing

Monthly Report Limit

AI Reports has a monthly generation limit based on your license tier. A counter displays your remaining reports for the month.
