Google Calendar Integration
Integrating Google Calendar with Rafiki AI allows Rafiki AI to automatically detect your upcoming meetings and schedule recordings. This is essential for the Notetaker bot and native recording features to work correctly.
Steps to integrate:
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Under the Calendar section, click on Google Calendar > Add Integration (or the Refresh icon if re-authenticating).
Follow the Google prompts to log in to your domain account with SSO and grant permissions to Rafiki AI.
On the Google permissions page, make sure to check the boxes for Google Drive files and Google Calendar access. Both are required for the integration to work properly.
Click Allow and let the integration finish.
Once connected, your calendar events will sync with Rafiki AI. Upcoming meetings with supported web conference links (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) will appear in your Meetings section, ready for recording.
Note: For users who signed up with Google SSO, the calendar integration is typically completed automatically during the sign-up process. If your calendar is not syncing, try clicking the Refresh icon on the Google Calendar integration card.
