Outreach Dialer Integration

Integrating Rafiki AI with Outreach allows you to automatically capture, transcribe, and analyze your Outreach dialer calls. Once connected, call recordings from Outreach are processed by Rafiki AI and appear in the Meetings dashboard.

Setup steps:

  1. From the Settings page, go to Integrations > Dialer, and select Outreach.

  2. Click Add Integration.

  3. When you connect to Outreach, we install a Rafiki AI for Outreach app instance in your Outreach account, and ask for the following permissions:

  • Read Users

  • Write Users

  • Read Prospects

  • Read Calls

  • Read Webhooks

  • Write Webhooks

  • Delete Webhooks

  1. Click Authorize to complete Outreach integration with Rafiki AI.

Note: You must be an Outreach admin to perform this integration. Only one Outreach account per company is supported. Ensure that call recording is enabled in your Outreach settings for calls to be captured by Rafiki AI.
