Uninstalling Outreach from Rafiki AI
To uninstall the Outreach integration from Rafiki AI:
From the Settings page, go to Integrations > Dialer, and select Outreach.
Click Remove. This will redirect to the removal URL.
Login to your Outreach account and navigate to authorized applications. Click Revoke next to the Rafiki AI app.
After uninstalling, Rafiki AI will no longer receive new call recordings from Outreach. Existing recordings and transcripts that were already processed will remain in your Rafiki AI account.
