Getting to Know Rafiki AI's Home Page

The left sidebar is your primary navigation. It provides quick access to all major sections of Rafiki AI:
Home -- your dashboard showing upcoming meetings, recent recordings, and recording status
Meetings -- browse, search, and open all recorded meetings. Click any meeting to open the Meeting Detail View.
Deals -- CRM-synced deal intelligence with pipeline views, stage progression, deal health indicators, and associated meetings
Accounts -- view all CRM accounts with deal counts, contacts, reps, meetings, and total amounts
Playlists -- curated collections of meetings and snippets for team training and coaching
Analytics -- four analytics tabs: Meeting Stats, Interaction Metrics, Topic Stats, and Scorecard Metrics

Home Page
The Home page serves as your daily command center. It shows:
Upcoming scheduled meetings and their recording status
Recent meeting recordings ready for review
Quick actions to access your most-used features
Meeting Detail View
When you click on any meeting, Rafiki AI opens the Meeting Detail View -- a modern two-column layout that gives you everything about the conversation in one place.
Left Column:
Video/Audio Player -- playback of the meeting recording
Speaker Timeline -- color-coded bars showing who spoke and when throughout the meeting
Attendees -- participant chips with names or contact details
Topics and Trackers Timeline -- colored segments along the meeting duration showing when specific topics and trackers were discussed, with clickable pills showing counts
Conversation Metrics -- talk-listen ratio, longest monologue, patience, question rate, and interactivity for this meeting
Right Column:
Summary Tab -- AI-generated summary with topic and tracker chips, plus action items. Clicking a topic or tracker chip filters the transcript to show matching blocks.
Transcript Tab -- full speaker-attributed transcript with search, topic/tracker filtering, and the ability to create snippets, add comments, or play the exact video portion
Snippets Tab -- video clips created from transcript portions
Comments Tab -- team comments on transcript portions with @ mentions
Ask AI Input -- a sticky input bar at the bottom where you can ask questions about this specific meeting
