This article explains the different types of views Rafiki offers for you to see your calls or meetings.

Different views in Rafiki

Rafiki gives you mainly 3 types of views for your sales conversations. You can view your conversations sorted by

  1. Meetings

  2. Deals

  3. Accounts

You can toggle between different views by either choosing a view from the drop-down or by clicking on the different views on the Title Bar of Rafiki.

You can also view all your playlists and organization-wide analytics right from Rafiki’s home screen.

View by Meetings

Under the meetings pane, you can see the upcoming meetings of your team, the meeting details such as the meeting name, meeting owner, if recording has been enabled for the meeting, and more. You can view “Upcoming meetings”, “All meetings” or just “Your Meetings” that have been recorded. The meeting list can be sorted by date or by meeting name.

View by Deals

Under Rafiki’s deal view, you can view All the deals, your team’s deals, or just your deals and have them sorted by amount, name, owner, or date.

The deal view in Rafiki also gives you a quick snapshot of your important deal data such as deal stage, deal size, deal risks, contacts involved, last meeting date, next steps, and more right next to the deal name.

You can see the meetings under each deal and click on any meeting to see the meeting video and the corresponding transcript.

View by Accounts

The accounts view in Rafiki allows you to see all your prospect accounts, accounts being handled by your team, and accounts being handled by you. You can see details such as the account name, deals, contacts, reps, meetings, amount, when the account entered your pipeline, and when the last action for the account was taken. The records can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on any of the column titles available on the accounts view table.
