This article explains how you can download your meeting data in Rafiki AI.

Downloading Meeting Data

You can download the recording and transcript from any completed meeting in Rafiki AI.

How to download

  1. Navigate to Meetings from the sidebar

  2. Click on the meeting you want to download

  3. In the meeting detail view, click the Download icon in the header

  4. Choose what to download:

    • Video — MP4 file of the meeting recording

    • Audio — Audio-only file of the recording

    • Transcript — Text file of the full meeting transcript

Note: Video downloads are available for meetings recorded via video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams). Audio-only recordings from dialers will only have audio download available.
