Scorecards Overview
Scorecards in Rafiki AI provide a structured way to evaluate sales call quality. Managers and peers can rate calls using customizable templates with specific criteria, producing consistent and actionable coaching feedback.
How Scorecards Work
Create a template β Admins define scorecard templates with questions, weights, and scorer notes in Settings > Scorecards
Publish the template β Publishing makes the template available for scoring. Published templates have locked questions to ensure consistency.
Score a meeting β Open any completed meeting and click the scorecard icon. Select a template and rate each question on a 0-5 scale.
Review results β Weighted average scores are calculated automatically. View individual scorecards on the meeting or aggregated results in Analytics > Scorecard Metrics.
