  • Admin - Is in charge of global settings including system set-up and user management. Admins have complete visibility into all recordings and data. They can set organization-wide settings, Access the integrations page, View all teams’ recordings, Invite / deactivate other users, Create trackers, or grant functionality access to other role types

  • Manager- This is for managers of primary sales and account teams. They will tailor the product to their teams’ calls.

  • Rep - This is for individual contributors on primary sales and account teams. This view will tailor the rep’s experience to their own calls while giving them the flexibility to learn from the top reps.
