Creating Teams in Rafiki AI

Teams in Rafiki AI help you organize your users into groups for filtering, analytics, and meeting visibility. Rafiki AI uses team data to associate conversations with the right group and analyze performance accordingly.

How to Create a Team

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team Management

  2. Click Create Team

  3. Enter a team name

  4. Add team members from your user list

  5. Configure meeting access — enable or disable whether team members can see each other's meetings

  6. Click Add to create the team

How Teams Are Used

  • Analytics filters — Filter meeting stats, interaction metrics, and scorecard metrics by team

  • Coaching — View coaching activity per team in the Coaching module

  • Meeting visibility — Control which meetings team members can see

  • Scorecard auto-scoring — Configure auto-scoring rules that apply to specific teams
