This article explains how you can setup your voice pattern in Rafiki.

Set Up Your Voice Pattern:

Setting your voice pattern will improve Rafiki’s AI’s ability to accurately transcribe your speech and identify your voice even if you’re making a dialer call or if there are multiple people in the same room.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Go to your Profile > User Profile > Click on the microphone icon

  • You will be prompted to read a short passage aloud and save it

    Important Note: Please speak slowly and clearly into the microphone. Make sure there is no background noise during the recording.
