Customizing the Language Model
Rafiki AI's language model helps the AI better understand your organization's specific terminology. By adding custom vocabulary, you can improve transcription accuracy for industry jargon, product names, competitor names, and other specialized terms your team uses regularly.
How to Customize
Navigate to Settings
Find the Custom Vocabulary or Language Model section
Add your organization's commonly used words and phrases
Click Save
What to Add
Product names — Your products, features, and brand terms
Competitor names — Companies and products your team frequently discusses
Industry jargon — Technical terms, acronyms, and abbreviations specific to your industry
Sales methodology terms — MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN, or other framework-specific language
Common phrases — Full sentences or phrases your team uses that the AI might otherwise misinterpret
Impact
After updating your custom vocabulary, future transcriptions will more accurately capture these terms. Existing transcriptions are not retroactively updated.
