How to customize the meeting scorecard in Rafiki?

This article explains how you can customize the call scorecard in Rafiki.

Rafiki allows managers and sales leaders to score the calls of their reps across various parameters. Rafiki offers a set of 10 default questions out of the box. You can add or remove scoring questions according to your needs. A scorecard is sent via email by Rafiki to sales leaders after the calls of their reps and AEs for them to review. The scoring helps your team improve the quality of their sales conversations. The scorecard can also be viewed in Rafiki for every call.

Steps to modify questions of your scorecard in Rafiki

Step 1: Click on the settings icon.

Step 2: Navigate to 'Customize Scorecard'. You will be able to see a list of questions that have already been configured.

Step 3: Click on the 'Add Questions' button.

Step 4: In the popup that appears, enter the question that you want to add to the scorecard and click 'Save'.

Your question should get added and displayed in the list of questions available in Rafiki.
