How to Score a Meeting with a Scorecard
Scorecards provide a structured framework for evaluating sales calls against specific criteria defined by your team.
Scoring a Meeting
Navigate to Meetings and open a completed meeting
Click the scorecard icon in the meeting header
Select a published scorecard template from the dropdown
Rate each question on a 0-5 scale (or mark as N/A if not applicable)
Add optional comments for specific questions
Click Save
Viewing Completed Scorecards
All completed scorecards for a meeting are visible in the meeting detail view. Each scorecard shows the scorer, template used, date, individual question scores, and the weighted average overall score.
Setting Up Templates
To create or customize scorecard templates, navigate to Settings > Scorecards. Add questions that reflect your sales methodology, assign weights based on importance, and publish the template to make it available for scoring. See the Scorecard Templates article for detailed instructions.
