Rafiki AI provides a direct integration with your Twilio account using the Account SID, Auth Token, and the Phone number.
The Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone number can be obtained from your Twilio Account dashboard.
Steps to integrate Twilio dialer with Rafiki AI
Step 1: Navigate to Settings.
Step 2: Click on the Integrations tab.
Step 3: Click on the Add Integration button under Twilio Dialer.
Step 4: Add SID, Auth Token, and Number for calls.
Twilio must be integrated independently with your CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot which provide the calling interface from within the CRM.
To integrate:
From the Settings page, go to Integrations > Dialer, and select Twilio.
Click Add Integration.
Enter the following details from the Twilio account (purchased independently):
Account SID
Auth Token
Incoming Twilio Number
Click on Authorize to complete the integration.
Calls made using the Twilio dialer will automatically be downloaded and transcribed by Rafiki AI.
