This article walks you through the installation steps for Rafiki with Freshworks CRM
Integration of Rafiki with Freshworks CRM is done by the Freshworks admin for the entire organization.
Sign in to your Freshworks CRM account to find your API key (for Freshworks CRM Admin User):
Click the Profile icon and select Settings. The Personal Settings page appears.
Click the API SETTINGS tab.
Enable the captcha.
You can find the API key provided to you in the field Your API key. Click Copy to copy the key to your clipboard.
If you want to stop other applications (that you've integrated with) from accessing the data in your web application, click Reset Key. Resetting your API key would dissociate your web application account from all applications that you've integrated with using your previous API key.
You must be the Freshworks CRM administrator for your company to connect Rafiki to Freshworks.
Only one Freshworks CRM account per company is supported.
You need to be at PRO or ENTERPRISE FreshSales or Freshworks CRM license to be able to integrate with Rafiki. Lower license levels do not support integrations
Steps to complete Freshworks CRM with Rafiki Integration
Step 1: Login to the Rafiki app
Step 2: Click on the 'Settings' icon.
Step 3: Click on the 'Integrations' tab.
Step 4: Click on the 'Add Integration' button under Freshworks CRM.
Step 5: Enter the Freshworks Admin user's API Key (value copied from the Freshworks Settings > API Settings page ) and Freshworks domain URL (eg. https://getrafiki.myfreshworks.com/).
Step-6: Click on Authorize to complete the integration
