How Rafiki attributes a meeting as internal or external

Rafiki classifies a meeting or a call as 'Internal' or 'External' based on the participants.

A call is classified as Internal under the following condition:

  1. All participants of the meeting are dialed in with their email address (not through phone) and they are all on the same email domain.

A call is classified as External under the following conditions:

  1. Participants do not have the same email domain.

  2. A participant uses the mobile app version to dial into the conference. (not through email id).
