Enable Push Notifications for Follow-Up Alerts

Rafiki AI can send browser push notifications to alert you when follow-up emails are ready or when other important events occur. To receive these notifications, you need to enable push notifications in your browser.

How to Enable Push Notifications in Google Chrome

How notifications work: By default, Chrome alerts you whenever a website, app, or extension wants to send you notifications. You can change this in settings at any time. If you are browsing in Incognito mode, you will not receive notifications.

Option 1: Through Chrome Settings

  1. Open your Chrome browser.

  2. Click the three-dot menu (top right) and select Settings. On Mac, you can also select Chrome > Preferences from the menu bar.

  3. Go to Privacy and Security > Site Settings.

  4. Click Notifications.

  5. Under the "Allowed" section, click Add and enter https://app.getrafiki.ai.

Option 2: Through the Address Bar

  1. Visit app.getrafiki.ai in Chrome.

  2. Click the lock icon (or site information icon) in the address bar.

  3. Find Notifications and set it to Allow.

How to Enable Push Notifications in Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right.

  2. Select Settings (or Preferences on Mac).

  3. Go to Privacy and Security.

  4. Scroll down to the Permissions section and click Settings next to Notifications.

  5. Find app.getrafiki.ai in the list and set its status to Allow. If it is not listed, visit the site first and accept the notification prompt.

How to Enable Push Notifications in Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari and go to app.getrafiki.ai.

  2. From the menu bar, select Safari > Settings (or Preferences).

  3. Click the Websites tab.

  4. Select Notifications in the left sidebar.

  5. Find app.getrafiki.ai and set it to Allow.

Troubleshooting

  • If you do not see notification prompts, check that notifications are not blocked at the operating system level (System Settings > Notifications on Mac, or Settings > Notifications on Windows).

  • Ensure you are not browsing in private or incognito mode.

  • Try clearing your browser cache and revisiting app.getrafiki.ai.
