RingCentral Dialer Integration

Learn how to integrate RingCentral Dialer with Rafiki AI to record dialer calls automatically

RingCentral Dialer Integration

  1. From the Settings page, go to Integrations > Dialer, and select RingCentral.

  2. Click Add Integration.

  3. When you connect to RingCentral, we install a Rafiki AI for RingCentral app instance in your RingCentral account, and ask for the following permissions:

  • View user account information (e.g., name, business name, and contact info)

  • View user call log records

  • Download call recording content and media

  • View user presence status

  • Manage and subscribe to webhook notifications

  1. Click Authorize to complete RingCentral integration with Rafiki AI.

Important: Please make sure you have enabled automatic call recording for users in RingCentral. Contact RingCentral support to ensure your setup is correct.
