1. From the Settings page, go to Integrations > Dialer, and select RingCentral.

  2. Click Add Integration.

  3. When you connect to RingCentral, we install a Rafiki for RingCentral app instance in your RingCentral account, and ask for the following permissions:

  • View user account information, e.g. name, business name, and contact info

  • View user call log records

  • Download call recording content and media

  • View user presence status

  • Manage and subscribe to webhook notifications

    4. Click Authorize to complete Outreach integration with Rafiki.
