RingCentral Dialer Integration
From the Settings page, go to Integrations > Dialer, and select RingCentral.
Click Add Integration.
When you connect to RingCentral, we install a Rafiki AI for RingCentral app instance in your RingCentral account, and ask for the following permissions:
View user account information (e.g., name, business name, and contact info)
View user call log records
Download call recording content and media
View user presence status
Manage and subscribe to webhook notifications
Click Authorize to complete RingCentral integration with Rafiki AI.
Important: Please make sure you have enabled automatic call recording for users in RingCentral. Contact RingCentral support to ensure your setup is correct.
