This article walks you through the installation steps for Rafiki AI with Monday CRM.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Rafiki AI integration works only when using the Monday CRM Sales Template to set up Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Deals.
Integrating Rafiki AI with Monday CRM is done by the Monday admin for the entire organization.
Login to your Monday.com CRM and access the following URL to install the Rafiki.ai app.
Click Install to add Rafiki.ai to your CRM instance. Once completed, Rafiki.ai will be visible in the list of installed Apps on Monday.com.
Login to Rafiki AI and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
From the Settings page, go to Integrations > CRM, and select Monday.
Click Add Integration.
Follow the instructions: sign in to your Monday account, and authorize access to Rafiki AI.
Note: You must be the Monday administrator for your company to connect Rafiki AI to Monday. Only one Monday CRM account per company is supported.
When you connect to Monday CRM, we install a Rafiki AI for Monday CRM app instance in your Monday account and request the necessary permissions.
Click on Authorize to complete the integration.
Rafiki AI will sync objects owned by Rafiki AI users.
