Steps to integrate Monday CRM with Rafiki

This article walks you through the installation steps for Rafiki with Monday CRM


  • Rafiki integration works only when using the Monday CRM Sales Template to set up Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Deals.

  • Integrating Rafiki with Monday CRM is done by the Monday admin for the entire organization.

  1. Login to your CRM and access the following URL to install the app

Click Install to add to your CRM instance. Once completed will be visible in the list of installed Apps on

Login to Rafiki and navigate to Settings > Integrations tab

  1. From the Settings page, go to Integrations > CRM, and select Monday.

  2. Click Add Integration.

  3. Follow the instructions: sign in to your Monday account, and authorize access to Rafiki.

  4. Note: You must be the Monday administrator for your company to connect Rafiki to Monday. Only one Monday CRM account per company is supported

  5. When you connect to Monday CRM, we install a Rafiki for Monday CRM app instance in your Monday account, and ask for the following permissions:

Click on Authorize to complete the integration.

Rafiki will sync objects owned by Rafiki users.
