How to integrate with OpenPhone Dialer with Rafiki AI

Steps to integrate OpenPhone with Rafiki AI

To integrate with OpenPhone, log in to the OpenPhone admin account.

Navigate to Settings > Webhooks as per OpenPhone documentation.

  1. Click on Create Webhook.

  2. Enter URL:

    https://integration.getrafiki.ai/openPhone/webhook?user=<rafikiAdminEmail>

    Example: https://integration.getrafiki.ai/openPhone/[email protected]

  3. Click on Calls and Messages Event Types and select:

    • call.completed

    • call.recording.completed

  4. Click on Contacts Event Types and select:

    • contacts.deleted

    • contacts.updated

  5. Save the changes and Enable the Webhook.

Once enabled, recorded OpenPhone calls will be automatically sent to Rafiki AI for transcription and analysis.
