How to integrate with OpenPhone

Steps to integrate OpenPhone with Rafiki

To Integrate with OpenPhone, log in to the OpenPhone admin account.

Navigate to Settings > Webhooks as per OpenPhone doc.

  1. Click on Create Webhook

  2. Enter URL:

    https://integration.getrafiki.ai/openPhone/webhook?user=<rafikiAdminEmail>

    eg: https://integration.getrafiki.ai/openPhone/[email protected]

  3. Click on Calls & Messages Event Types and select

    call.completed

    call.recording.completed

  4. Click on Contacts Event Types and select

    contacts.deleted

    contacts.updated

    Open Phone setup

  5. Save the changes and Enable the Webhook

    Changes for every OpenPhone user to complete on their Rafiki Account:

  6. Login to Rafiki and navigate to Settings > Integrations. Click on OpenPhone > Add Integration

    Integrate with OpenPhone

  7. Enter your Open Phone number in the format +18584512323 and Authorize

    Enter openphone number
