Understand and compare topics discussed in meetings

Topics and Trackers in Meetings

Rafiki AI automatically detects topics and custom trackers in every meeting transcript. These appear throughout the Meeting Detail View, giving you quick insight into what was discussed.

Topics and Trackers Timeline

In the left column of the Meeting Detail View, the Topics and Trackers Timeline shows colored segments along the meeting duration. Each color represents a different topic or tracker. Below the timeline, clickable pills display the name of each detected topic or tracker with a count of occurrences.

Summary Tab

The Summary tab in the right column displays topics and trackers as clickable chips. Click any chip to switch to the Transcript tab, which automatically filters to show only the transcript blocks where that topic or tracker was mentioned.

In the Transcript tab, topic and tracker pills appear as colored badges next to the speaker name and timestamp on each transcript block. This lets you see at a glance which topics were discussed at each point in the conversation.

When filtering by a topic or tracker (from the Summary tab or timeline), a filter banner appears at the top of the transcript with a clear button to remove the filter and return to the full transcript view.

Using Topics for Analysis

At the organization level, navigate to Analytics > Topic Stats to see how topics are discussed across your team with a three-level drill-down: organization average, per-rep breakdown, and rep vs. team comparison.
