Create Your Prompt Library

Rafiki AI's Prompt Library lets you create and save reusable prompt templates for generating AI-powered follow-up emails and call summaries. Define the tone, structure, and focus areas for each template, and share them across your organization for consistent output.

How to Create a Prompt

  1. Navigate to Settings > General > Customize Prompts.

  2. Click Add New Prompt.

  3. Enter a descriptive name for your prompt (e.g., "Post-Demo Follow-Up" or "QBR Summary").

  4. Select the prompt type: Follow Up Prompt or Summary Prompt.

  5. Write your prompt instructions. Define the tone (formal, friendly, concise), structure (bullet points, paragraphs), and what to include (action items, key moments, timestamps, next steps).

  6. Click Save.

Default Prompt

Rafiki AI provides a default prompt that has been optimized for post-demo follow-up emails. You can use it as-is, clone it as a starting point for customization, or create entirely new prompts.

Managing Your Library

  • Edit: Click on any saved prompt to modify its content.

  • Clone: Duplicate an existing prompt to create a variation without starting from scratch.

  • Delete: Remove prompts you no longer need.

  • Share: Prompts are available to all users in your organization, ensuring consistent follow-up quality across the team.

Using Your Prompts

When generating a follow-up email or summary for a meeting, you can select any prompt from your library. The AI will use your prompt instructions along with the meeting transcript to generate the output.
