Rafiki AI provides a dedicated Coaching module that helps sales managers track and improve their coaching engagement with team members.
Accessing the Coaching Dashboard
Navigate to Coaching from the left sidebar. The dashboard shows manager activity metrics across your team.
What the Coaching Dashboard Shows
For each team member, the dashboard tracks:
Calls listened — Number of recordings the manager has reviewed
Calls attended — Meetings the manager joined live
Calls commented — Recordings where the manager left feedback comments
Calls scored — Meetings rated with a scorecard
Filtering and Drill-Down
Filter the coaching dashboard by date range to track activity over specific periods. Click on any team member to drill down into the specific meetings that were listened to, commented on, or scored.
