What is Ask Rafiki AI?
Ask Rafiki AI is Rafiki AI's conversational search engine. It lets you ask natural language questions about your meetings, deals, accounts, and CRM data, and get detailed, AI-generated answers in real time.
Whether you need quick insights about deal health, rep performance, or specific topics discussed on calls, Ask Rafiki AI surfaces the information you need without manually searching through hours of recordings.
How to Access Ask Rafiki AI
Log in to Rafiki AI at app.getrafiki.ai.
Click Ask Rafiki AI in the left sidebar navigation.
Type your question in the search bar and press Enter.
Rafiki AI streams an AI-generated response in real time, drawing from your meetings, transcripts, and CRM data.
Example Questions
Ask Rafiki AI can answer a wide range of questions across your data. Here are some examples to get started:
Deal Intelligence: "Which deals are at risk this quarter?" or "What is the current status of the Acme deal?"
Pricing and Objections: "What pricing objections came up in recent calls?" or "How are reps handling competitor mentions?"
Rep Performance: "How is [rep name] performing this month?" or "Which reps have the highest talk-to-listen ratio?"

Suggestion Cards
When you open Ask Rafiki AI, you will see suggestion cards below the search bar organized into categories such as Meeting Insights, Deal Intelligence, and Rep Performance. Click any suggestion card to instantly run that query.
Multi-Turn Conversations
Ask Rafiki AI supports multi-turn conversations. After receiving an answer, you can ask follow-up questions in the same session to dig deeper into a topic. The AI retains context from previous questions in the session, so you can refine and explore naturally.
Session History
All your previous Ask Rafiki AI sessions are saved. Click the history icon in the sidebar to view and revisit past conversations. You can pick up where you left off or review previous answers at any time.
Daily Question Limit
Ask Rafiki AI has a daily question limit based on your license tier. You will see a notification when you are approaching the limit. The limit resets each day.
Tips for Best Results
Be specific: asking about a particular account or time period gives better results than broad questions.
Use follow-ups: start broad, then narrow down with follow-up questions in the same session.
Reference time periods: "Last week," "this quarter," or specific dates help scope the results.
