Rafiki AI automatically generates a Smart Call Summary for every meeting and syncs it to your CRM. But when a deal spans multiple meetings over weeks or months, reviewing each individual summary can be time-consuming. That is where Deal Summary comes in.

What is Deal Summary?

Deal Summary aggregates the Smart Call Summaries from all meetings associated with a deal into a single, comprehensive overview. It provides a holistic view of the deal's progress, key discussion points, and evolution over time -- without requiring you to listen through hours of calls or search without knowing what to look for.

What Deal Summary Includes

  • Current deal status: An AI-generated assessment of where the deal stands based on all conversations

  • Key topics across meetings: Topics that surfaced repeatedly or evolved over the course of the deal

  • Action items and commitments: Aggregated action items from all meetings in the deal

  • Risk signals: Potential concerns or objections identified across conversations

  • Progress timeline: How the conversation has progressed from initial engagement through current stage

How to Access Deal Summary

  1. Navigate to the Deals dashboard.

  2. Click on a deal to open the deal detail view.

  3. The Deal Summary is displayed within the deal detail, summarizing all associated meetings.

CRM Sync

Deal Summary is automatically pushed to your CRM notes when a new meeting happens for the deal, keeping your CRM record up to date with the latest aggregated insights.
