How do I generate call summary in the format that I want?

To customize the default Summary prompt:

  1. Login to Rafiki and Navigate to Settings > General

  2. Click on Customize Prompts in the left pane

  3. Select Add New Prompt

  4. Enter a prompt name and select "Summary Prompt"

  5. Type the format with the styling details on how you need the summary generated. Check our sample summary formats or contact our support team is you need help with the prompt.

  6. Save the prompt and it will be used for future summaries.
