How to fix login issues

Unable to login to Rafiki Console:

  1. Make sure you are not using https://app.getrafiki.ai URL in incognito mode.

  2. Clear cookies using the padlock to the left of the address bar

3. Quit Chrome browser completely (not just close the tabs)

Cleared Cookies and I am still not able to login:

  1. Navigate to https://app.getrafiki.ai, right click > Inspect in Chrome Browser

  2. In the Developer tools, Click on Applications ( in the top) > Local Storage (in the right pane) > Right click > Clear

    Click on Cookies ( in the right pane) > Right Click > Clear

  3. Exit your Chrome

  4. Reopen and retry login
