Uninstalling Zoom Phone from Rafiki AI
To uninstall the Zoom Phone integration from Rafiki AI, follow these steps:
Log in to your Zoom account at zoom.us.
Navigate to Admin > Advanced > App Marketplace.
Click on Manage > Installed Apps.
Locate the Rafiki AI app and click Uninstall.
Confirm the uninstallation when prompted.
After uninstalling from Zoom, the integration will also be removed from Rafiki AI. Existing recordings and transcripts that were already processed will remain in your Rafiki AI account.
