Analytics Dashboard

Rafiki AI's Analytics dashboard provides organization-level insights into your team's sales conversations. Navigate to Analytics from the left sidebar.

The dashboard has four tabs, each offering a different perspective on your team's performance. Use the filters at the top to narrow results by date range, team, rep, or call direction (inbound/outbound).

Meeting Stats

The Meeting Stats tab shows call volume and duration metrics for your team:

  • Total meetings per rep (bar chart)

  • Total duration per rep

  • Weekly averages for meetings and duration

Each dot on the scatter plot represents a rep. Reps outside the recommended range may benefit from targeted coaching.

Topic Stats

Scorecard heatmap showing questions vs reps

The Topic Stats tab provides a three-level drill-down into how topics and trackers are discussed across your team:

  1. Organization average — How often each topic appears across all calls

  2. Per-rep breakdown — Click a topic to see how each rep compares

  3. Rep vs. team — Click a rep to compare their topic usage against the team average

This helps identify whether reps are consistently covering key topics like discovery questions, pricing, or competitor mentions.

Scorecard Metrics

The Scorecard Metrics tab shows aggregated scorecard results across your team in two views:

  • Bar chart view — Average score per question across the team

  • Heatmap view — A matrix of questions (rows) vs. reps (columns), color-coded from 0 to 5. Quickly spot which reps need coaching on which skills.

Filter by scorecard template and date range. Export results to CSV for further analysis.
