User Profile

User Profile is where user details such as name, title, phone number, and most importantly the voice pattern of each rep are stored.

In addition to the personal details, the user profile section also keeps track of the total meetings, deals, and accounts the user handles and also displays the active license for the user.

You can upgrade the license of the user by clicking on the “Upgrade Now”* button at any time.

*The upgrading feature is enabled or hidden depending on the user's permission profile.
