User Permissions Profile

This article helps you understand user permissions and how they effect feature access on a user level.

User Permissions

User permissions in Rafiki AI control what each user can see and do within the platform. Permissions are assigned through roles by the Rafiki AI administrator during user onboarding.

What Permissions Control

  • Meeting visibility β€” Which meetings a user can access: all calls, their own team's calls, only their own calls, or their manager's calls

  • Settings access β€” Which settings sections a user can view and edit

  • Billing management β€” Whether a user can manage subscription and billing

  • User management β€” Whether a user can add, edit, or remove other users

Per-User Feature Flags

In addition to role-based permissions, admins can enable or disable specific features for individual users:

Feature flags are managed in Settings > User Management on each user's profile.
