User Permissions
User permissions in Rafiki AI control what each user can see and do within the platform. Permissions are assigned through roles by the Rafiki AI administrator during user onboarding.
What Permissions Control
Meeting visibility β Which meetings a user can access: all calls, their own team's calls, only their own calls, or their manager's calls
Settings access β Which settings sections a user can view and edit
Billing management β Whether a user can manage subscription and billing
User management β Whether a user can add, edit, or remove other users
Per-User Feature Flags
In addition to role-based permissions, admins can enable or disable specific features for individual users:
Feature Flag | What it enables |
Notetaker | Rafiki AI's recording bot for the user's meetings |
Ask Rafiki AI | Access to the AI-powered Answer Engine |
Voice Agents | Access to AI voice agent management |
Role Play | Access to AI sales training simulator |
Feature flags are managed in Settings > User Management on each user's profile.
