This guide walks you through using Google Workspace Integration (formerly known as G Suite) to sign in to Rafiki AI. With Google Single Sign-On (SSO), you can securely log in to Rafiki AI automatically with your Google account.

1. Create a Google SSO account

Go to the Rafiki AI registration page and click the Google sign-in option.

2. Log in to your Google Workspace Account

Select your Google Workspace account to proceed.

3. Authorize Rafiki AI

Review the permissions requested by Rafiki AI and click Allow to grant access. Make sure to check the boxes for Google Drive and Google Calendar access.

4. Start using Rafiki AI

Once the account creation completes, you will be redirected to the Rafiki AI app. The Google Workspace integration automatically syncs your Google Calendar, and your scheduled calendar meetings will be visible in the Meetings section.

Your Rafiki AI account has been set up with secure Google Single Sign-On and has been integrated with your Calendar.

Now it is time to set up your Voice Pattern in Rafiki AI. Setting up the voice pattern is a necessary step for Rafiki AI's AI system to tag the reps in the meetings.
