Setting Currency in Deals and Accounts

Rafiki AI gets the currency type directly from your synced CRM. If no currency is specified, US Dollars (USD) is used as the default.

How to Set Currency

Currency is configured in your CRM, not in Rafiki AI. To ensure the correct currency displays in your Deals and Accounts dashboards, set the currency in your CRM provider:

  • Salesforce — Set currency on the Opportunity object

  • HubSpot — Set currency in deal properties

  • Pipedrive — Set currency on deals

  • Zoho — Set currency in CRM settings

  • Close — Set currency on opportunities

  • Freshworks — Set currency in deal settings

  • Monday.com — Set currency in deal columns

Refer to your CRM provider's documentation for specific instructions on configuring currency.

Tip: To avoid currency display conflicts, ensure all deals in your CRM use a consistent currency format.
