Rafiki gets the currency type directly from the synced CRM. If the currency type is not chosen, US Dollars will be the default currency.

To avoid any currency conflicts, kindly make sure that the currency type is set up in the CRM Deal/Account as per provider documentation:

  1. Salesforce

  2. Hubspot

  3. Zoho

  4. Pipedrive


    Note: The currency type can be an organization-level setting or an opportunity-level setting in the CRM. Make sure this is setup correctly as per provider documentation.
