Rafiki AI's Notetaker bot automatically joins your web conference meetings to record, transcribe, and analyze your calls. The Notetaker is powered by RecallAI and supports the following platforms:
Zoom (all license levels)
Google Meet (all license levels)
Microsoft Teams (all license levels)
Key features:
Notetaker can be set up to join all calls that are on your calendar automatically, regardless of your web conferencing tool.
If [email protected] is invited as a participant to the call, then the host will not have to admit it explicitly into the call.
You can configure recording rules to control which meetings are recorded: All Meetings, External Only, or Invite Only. See Configuring Recording Settings for Notetaker.
Rafiki AI Notetaker is not enabled by default on new accounts.
Please email us at [email protected] or ping us on live chat to enable Notetaker-based recording.
Zoom Basic
If you are using Zoom Basic (which does not allow native recording), the Notetaker bot joins the call to provide transcription and analytics.
Zoom Pro or Enterprise
If you have an integration set up with a licensed Zoom and the Rafiki AI Notetaker is also allowed to join the call, Rafiki AI will process the recordings received from Zoom.
Google Meet (Free and Google Business Starter licenses)
If you are using free Google Meet or Business Starter, Google does not provide the ability to record natively. The Notetaker bot joins the call to provide transcription and analytics.
Google Meet (Google Business Standard+ license)
Google Meet allows recording web conferences only with Business Standard or above license. If you have a licensed Google Meet that allows users to record and the Rafiki AI Notetaker is also allowed to join the call, Rafiki AI will process the recordings from Google Meet.
Microsoft Teams
For Microsoft Teams meetings (all license levels), the Notetaker bot joins the call to provide transcription and analytics.
