How Deal Alerts Work
Rafiki AI analyzes your CRM data and meeting activity to detect potential risks across your pipeline. Alerts appear as warning badges on deal cards in the Deals dashboard.
Types of Alerts
Stalled deals — No activity or meetings for an extended period
Ghosted by prospect — No response or engagement from the prospect's side
Missing follow-up — A call happened but no follow-up was sent
Single-threaded risk — Only one point of contact in the deal
Slipping close date — Close date has passed or is approaching with insufficient activity
Taking Action
When you see a deal alert:
Click the deal to review its detail page
Check the linked meetings and conversation summaries for context
Use Smart Follow-Up to generate and send a follow-up email
Review conversation metrics to understand engagement quality
Customizing Alerts
Admins can configure alert thresholds in Settings to match your sales cycle. Adjust the number of inactive days, toggle specific alerts on or off, and set parameters that align with your team's cadence.
