Which calls does Rafiki process?

How to setup Rafiki to automatically record and transcribe only external calls

Automatically set up Rafiki to process only external calls. External calls are meetings where all participants are from your domain.

The Recording settings > Call Processing Scope within Rafiki give you controls over which meetings should be processed by Rafiki. The recording options can be configured only by the organization admins.

The recording settings options can be accessed from

"Settings ➡️ Recording/Compliance Settings".

In the Call Processing Scope section select "Record and Process only External Calls" if you want only calls with at least one external participant to be recorded.

Recording scope

The default is to Record and Process All Calls.
