Basic assumptions on the Monday CRM integration:

  • CRM is set up with the Monday Sales CRM template.

  • The CRM template includes boards for Deals, Accounts, Leads, and Contacts - these will be synced to Rafiki AI.

  • Custom templates are not supported.

  • Boards may or may not be shared with other users in the organization.

  • Integration is to be done by the Monday Admin user and the email for the Rafiki AI Admin and Monday Admin user should be the same.

  1. Why should I integrate with Monday CRM?

    Rafiki AI-Monday CRM integration allows your teams to see meetings in the context of Accounts and Deals that they are working on. This provides an integrated 360-degree view of the deal along the touchpoints that the Rep has had with the prospect, which is particularly important to track in long-running deals.

  2. How does Rafiki AI integrate with Monday CRM?

    Rafiki AI uses OAuth authentication to connect to Monday CRM. We do not store your Monday credentials.

  3. What does Rafiki AI import from Monday CRM?

    Rafiki AI imports organizations, deals, and persons and associates them with the meetings.

  4. How does Rafiki AI map meetings to the Monday Deal/Opportunity?

    Rafiki AI maps meetings to the Deal based on the participants of the meeting. Find out more.

  5. What does Rafiki AI use the Monday data for?

    Rafiki AI stores the data pulled from Monday CRM to analyze your meetings and touchpoints with your prospects to provide meaningful, actionable insights.

  6. Which Monday user account should I use to integrate?

    The Monday admin user will be able to authorize the integration. This Monday admin user must be a valid Rafiki AI user, and integration should be performed from this user account.
